Well, not officially, but they did, upon her arrival back at Foggy Bottom, give Secretary of State Clinton a helmet to wear while working. Those of us who are super-informed on world affairs know the back story. And while helmets are now most certainly part of national security, the true role that Travis played is classified and will be redacted for at least 50 years.
Oh and the fact that it is now here on the internet, no one will see it.

I hadn't thought of using a helmet with a front protector for the face like that. That's a good addition.
I agree with Travis that the front protector is a good idea especially for all of the sneezing around me and now I have a cold.
