Uphill both ways

I ran a half marathon three weeks ago in the white mountains of New Hampshire. There was a slight drizzle in the morning as we started out, but the clouds melted away into a beautiful day. I finished in 1:51 (8:28 pace), which was a good 8 minutes faster than my last half marathon, which I ran in Chicago in 2005.
My cheering squad (of one) not only took pictures of me while running, but also greeted me with cinnamon rolls from a local bakery after the race. If I'd known that I had those to look forward to, I might have shaved even more time!
Hoping to run another half marathon in the spring--maybe in 2009 I'll break 1:50.

Awesome time, but what happened to B's favorite shirt? It hasn't made any recent photos!
