Stephen's Middle School Battle of the Books team finished in a very impressive 4th place last week at the state competition in Greensboro. There were 9 teams from across the state. Pilot Mountain Middle School won leading the entire competition. Stephen is very much relieved to learn that there is no Battle of the Books competition in high school.
Morgan's Elementary Battle of the Books team did very well also! 5th place out of 20 teams across the county. She also was 25th in the county in the Math Masters competition week before last.
The school year is winding down! EOG's are week after next and then two weeks after that is summer vacation!
